RETURNS POLICY
Customer satisfaction is super important to us, we want you to love our pieces as much as we love making them for you!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an Exchange or Store Credit within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as your purchase is in its unworn, original condition and is able to be re-sold.


We offer refunds for faulty or broken items, however, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We strictly do not offer returns on any earrings due to hygiene reasons.

 

HOW TO START THE RETURNS PROCESS

Please reach out to our customer service team at info@theflowstate.com.co to request a return/exchange and we will start the process.

  

REPAIRS

If you are experiencing any issues with your product, resulting in the need for a repair please reach out to info@theflowstate.com.co
If it is within 3 months of your purchase date we will happily repair your purchase free of charge if we are able to do so. If you are wanting to have one of our products repaired outside of that 3 month window we charge a flat rate of $10 per product.

 

Due to the size of our small business our exchange, returns, refund, repairs and assessment process may take between 1-4 weeks. Your patience is hugely appreciated and in the occasion your case exceeds this time frame you will be issued a refund.
