Where are your products made?
Our beloved products are all made in Melbourne, Australia.

Where is your material sourced?
We use a very selective range of materials to create our pieces.
Our materials are sustainably sourced to the best of our ability and we are constantly makings efforts to find and use the most ethical and environmentally friendly methods to do so.

How long does it take to make each piece?
It completely varies from piece to piece! On average it takes around one hour for each piece but it can often take up to 3 hours depending on the intricacy of the design.

How long does shipping take?
You can find all of our shipping information here, including methods, costs and delivery times.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we sure do!
We also feature international currencies as well as multiple language options for our store which can be selected on the bottom right language menu.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Afterpay, Paypal, Mastercard, Amex, Visa and Google Pay.

Do you accept returns?

Where can I find your stock?
All of our stock is available online, we run weekly markets but will be taking a break from markets during Winter 2023.
We are working on getting our stock in the door of some of our favourite stockists for you as soon as possible!

How do I care for my jewelry?
Your care instructions can be found in the product description of your item, we also have an in-depth material and care guide for your jewelry.

Do you offer product warranty?
Yes, we offer 3 Months Warranty on our Jewelry pieces. This warranty covers items needing repair, if faulty or defected items cannot be repaired a refund will be issued.
We do not offer warranty on Phone Cases.

Do you make custom Phone Cases?
Yes we do! If you have a specific design in mind, a phone case size or model that we don't have listed or if you have any other requests,
